These are items that are used within the church for example candle sticks, chalices, vases, etc. Many furnishing items are made from metal such as brass or iron. This section would also include statuary and items made from glass.
This includes mainly items made from wood. Examples include pulpits, pews, tables etc. An ideal wood for such furniture is oak because it is very strong and long-lasting, as well as being a naturally attractive wood.
This covers all the different types of church candles including church beeswax candles and Church Consumables 25 Although candles are consumed, this tends to refer to such items as altar wine and communion bread and wafers.
This covers all the vestments but would also include other items made from cloth such as altar linens, scarves and flags.
